Organization Members

ROMEL was founded in 1984 by seven organizations concerned with the housing conditions of multicultural communities: L’OEIL, CLSC Côte-des-Neiges, la Maison Internationale de la Rive-Sud,  YMCA International, l’Hirondelle, the Lao community of Quebec and La Maisonnée.

Today, ROMEL includes some fifty nonprofits working in close collaboration to facilitate the welcoming of newcomers and improve their living conditions, which is vital to their integration.
