The Premiere porte project, located at 11 810 Ranger street is handled by Les Habitations communautaires de Saint-Laurent (HCSL) NPO. Premiere Porte is a 78 community housing units project for families and single people. 80% of those housing units offers the PSL (Programme de supplément au loyer). Construction site is almost done and the building is planned to be completed at the beginning of winter 2021!

2965 Goyer street will soon offer 35 housing units for homelessness at risk people. The project, handled by HAPOPEX NPO, recently received a definite commitment, allowing us to consider starting construction before December 2020!

Handled by HAPOPEX NPO, the 2520 chemin Bates project comes from Montreal's inclusion strategy and will offer 31 housing units for homelessness at risk people. (Project part III). With the impending call for tenders, we're wishing construction to begin spring 2021.
